Leadership Conference
The Leadership Conference is a signature event for graduating pioneer Girls. Enjoyed by many, this conference is a carefully curated learning adventure equipping Girls with the practical skills, empathy and awareness to face the world.
Non-Commissioned Officers' Training Camp
Leaders from around Singapore unite at the NCOTC, where our Companies’ finest leaders learn all about the finer points of leading effectively. Girls can expect workshops, games, and memorable experiences such as camping under the stars!
