Leadership Conference

The Leadership Conference is a signature event for graduating pioneer Girls. Enjoyed by many, this conference is a carefully curated learning adventure that equips Girls with practical skills and knowledge to face the world.

Non-Commissioned Officers' Training Camp​​

Leaders from all around Singapore unite at the NCOTC to learn about the finer points of effective leadership. Girls can expect workshops, games, and memorable experiences such as camping under the stars!
